Regular, scheduled cleaning
Your windows are cleaned every 4 or 8 weeks as part of our regular round. We send a text the evening before each clean, and if the weather or anything else means we need to rearrange, we let you know.
Professional pure water equipment
We use water fed poles and pure water. The brush cleans the glass, frames and sills, and the pure water rinses the dirt away and dries clear. Most windows are cleaned from the ground, and we bring our own water.
Frames, sills and doors as standard
Every clean covers the frames, sills and the front and back doors as well as the glass itself.

Do you clean the frames and sills?
Yes, every time, along with the front and back doors. It is all included in the price.
Do you clean in the rain?
We can usually continue cleaning in light rain, as our pure water system is designed to leave glass clean as it dries. If conditions are unsuitable or unsafe, such as high winds, heavy rain or ice, we’ll rearrange your clean and let you know.
Will I know when you are coming?
Yes. We send a text the evening before your clean.
Do I need to be in?
No. As long as we can get round the house, you do not need to be home.
What if you can’t access the back of my house?
Please make sure gates are unlocked before your scheduled visit. If we can’t access part of your property, we’ll clean what we can and let you know.
How do I pay?
You can pay after your clean by card, bank transfer or Direct Debit. We’ll explain the available payment options when arranging your regular cleaning.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, at any time and with no cancellation fee. Just let us know before your next clean.
