A local business built on recommendations
Family run, based in Uttoxeter, and the person you speak to is the person who does the work.
Ultra Clean Exteriors is a local, family run business, originally started by my father as a window cleaning business. It has been built largely through recommendations from local customers, and it is now run by me, Josh, with the same focus on reliable service, good workmanship and taking care of people’s homes.
Window cleaning is still the heart of the business, with customers cleaned every 4 or 8 weeks. Many of them also ask us to take care of their gutters, fascias, driveways and roofs.
Who you deal with
When you call, send a message or fill in the form, it comes to Josh. He gives the prices, does most of the work himself, and is the person to speak to if anything is not right.
What we care about
Reliable, regular cleaning with clear communication about your scheduled visits. Regular customers get a text the evening before.
Keeping you informed. If the weather moves a clean, or we notice something you should know about, we tell you.
Looking after your property. Gates closed behind us, and everything left as we found it.
Doing the job properly. Frames and sills on every window clean, downpipes checked on every gutter clear, and the right method for each surface.
Being easy to deal with. Call or WhatsApp Josh on 07876 645746. You pay after the work, by direct debit, card or bank transfer.
We hold £5 million public liability insurance. See the areas we cover.
The right equipment for each job
We invest in proper equipment and choose the method to suit your property, so the work is done safely, efficiently and with care.
Windows
A water fed pole and pure water. The brush cleans the glass, frames and sills, and the pure water rinses them, so the glass dries clear on its own. We carry our own water on the van.
Gutters
A professional gutter vacuum on a long pole. Moss, leaves and silt are lifted out from the ground, so there is rarely a ladder against your house.
Driveways and patios
Professional pressure washing equipment, with the pressure set for the surface. Softer stone gets less than block paving, and block paving is resanded where it needs it.
Roofs
We look at the roof first. Depending on the roof, moss is removed by hand, treated with a biocide, cleaned at low pressure, or a mix of these.
